1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns are not accepted for products purchased on sale, clearance, or during special promotions (unless defective or damaged).
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will replace the product or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.
